As a part of their team, we’ve helped propel them from a single pilot office to today’s fourteen locations, using a coordinated effort from almost all of our services: marketing, web, design, video, and software development.
The Technologist Perspective
As we were helping Avance Care build out their very first website, their CEO, coming from his own technical background, discovered that we had a knack for using more complicated technology to solve real-world business problems.
Shortly thereafter, we engaged with them to help conceive, prototype, and build a software solution to improve a new-patient experience. Using innovative kiosks, mobile tablets, and web-based forms, Avance Care empowered patients to fill out their intake forms whenever and wherever patients were most comfortable, improving patient experience and intake speed.
A Modern Web Presence
Shortly thereafter, we engaged with Avance Care to maintain and support their web and software solutions as we watched their organization grow at a tremendous pace, adding several new patient locations and pioneering new primary care business models.
Two years later, we met with them again and discussed how to build a dynamic new site that not only functioned well for their intake & inbound content marketing, but also looked stunningly professional. Using our discovery methodologies, we were able to craft unique customer journeys for all their site pathways, building a better marketing platform for their whole brand.
Consumer Mobile Application
Furthering their patient-first mentality, we partnered with them to draft a technical roadmap for allowing patients to interact at every level with Avance Care through native mobile applications. With careful planning processes, we were able to identify a few key beachhead value transactions, yielding the Avance Care Patient Application available for download today.
We also understood their business model enough to know that a patient-focus first marketing direction was not enough. Avance Care needed to recruit more primary care providers, and this is where we turned to video production. We worked with their marketing team to take several video ideas and carry them all the way from conception, to storyboarding, scripting, shooting, and editing.
